Terms and Conditions – Intellestis IQ Test

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the website www.iqtests.co and the Intellestis IQ Test, a service operated by Alcade Investments Limited, registered at Andrea Mantole, 2/301, Agios Athanasios 4105, Limassol (Lemesos), Cyprus, under the trade name Intellestis.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Service: Access to and use of the Intellestis IQ Test and associated educational content.
- User: Any individual who uses the Service.
- Trial Period: A one-time, discounted 7-day access period.
- Subscription: A recurring weekly paid plan granting access to test results and digital content.
- Intellestis IQ Score: A proprietary score system based on user answers, created by Intellestis in collaboration with a psychometric consultant.
2. Nature of the Test
The Intellestis IQ Test is not an official IQ test, nor is it affiliated with any recognized clinical or educational institution.
The Intellestis IQ Score is an internally developed interpretation of your test responses, designed in collaboration with a psychometric expert. It is intended for entertainment and self-development purposes only, and should not be considered a diagnostic tool.
3. Services Provided
With an active subscription, users gain access to:
- The full IQ test and scoring results.
- A personalized performance summary.
- All available courses and digital content through the user dashboard (back-end).
- Email support and access to future updates.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time without prior notice.
4. Trial Period and Automatic Renewal
Pricing & currency: Our prices vary by country and currency. The binding price for your purchase is the total price shown at checkout for your billing country, including applicable taxes and mandatory fees. If any other page shows a different amount, the checkout total prevails. Prices may change for future billing cycles; where required by law, we will notify you in advance and you can cancel at any time before the change takes effect.
Before completing your purchase, you are clearly informed:
- That your plan renews automatically every 7 days.
- How to cancel at any time via your dashboard.
- That a confirmation email will be sent after initial purchase and each renewal.
By completing your order, you agree to these conditions and authorize us to process recurring payments.
5. Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Payments are securely processed via a third-party provider.
- You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for partially used periods unless required by law.
5.1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1) Trial cancellation (first 7 days)
You may cancel your trial at any time within the first 7 days. If you cancel during the trial, your access will stop and no weekly fee will be charged.
2) Subscription cancellation (after trial)
After the 7-day trial, your access continues on a weekly subscription. You can cancel at any time via your Account Dashboard (24/7 self-serve); cancellation stops future renewals. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial weeks, except under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee below.
3) 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (trial/activation fee)
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your trial/activation fee within 7 days of starting the trial.
To request a refund, email support@iqtests.co with:
- Subject: "Refund Request"
- Your order ID and the email address used at purchase
- A short written statement explaining why you are dissatisfied (attach as PDF/DOC or include in the email body)
4) How to cancel
Preferred: Account Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel (available at all times).
If you cannot access the dashboard, email support@iqtests.co from your purchase email with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and your order ID.
5) Processing & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
5.2. Storage and Use of Payment Credentials (Card-on-File)
5A) Card-on-File Consent.
When you choose to save a payment card with Intellestis for future charges, you authorize Intellestis and its payment processor to store your card credential using secure tokenization. For clarity: Intellestis does not store card data itself; our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor stores it as a token. In your account and in payment confirmations, we will display only a truncated version of the card (e.g., *Visa ending ***1234, exp. MM/YY). Intellestis never stores or has access to your full Primary Account Number (PAN) or CVC/CVV.
5B) How We Use Your Stored Card.
Your stored card will be used to: (i) automatically renew your weekly subscription and charge the applicable fees and taxes; and (ii) process any other amounts that you expressly authorize in your account or during checkout. We will not use your stored card for any other purpose without your consent.
5C. Changes & How We Notify You.
If we make a material change to this card-on-file agreement—such as a change to the amount, billing frequency, next charge date, or the descriptor that appears on your card statement—we will notify you in advance by email (and/or in your account), giving you an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect. Any general price changes will also be communicated in line with the “Pricing/Subscription” section of these Terms.
5D. Term / Expiration of This Agreement.
This card-on-file agreement remains in effect until you withdraw consent (see Section 5E), your subscription ends, or we remove the stored credential (for example, if your card expires, is replaced, or after a period of prolonged inactivity, or as required by law or card-network rules). If a fixed term applies to a promotional plan, the end date will be shown in your order confirmation.
5E. Withdrawing Consent / Managing Your Card.
You can remove a stored card or withdraw your card-on-file consent at any time by (a) canceling your subscription and/or (b) deleting the saved card in your account settings. If you cannot access your account, contact us at support@iqtests.co for assistance. Removing a card may affect your access to paid features that require an active payment method.
5F. Security & Compliance.
All storage and processing of card data are performed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Intellestis does not store full card numbers, CVC/CVV, track data, or PINs. Intellestis receives only tokenized information and limited card details (brand, last four digits, expiration date) necessary to identify your payment method and comply with card-network rules. Where available, we may use card-network account-updater services to refresh expiration dates or replace cards you have authorized, to avoid service interruption; you can disable this by removing the stored card.
6) Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. If there is any conflict, your statutory rights prevail.
6. U.S. Compliance Notice
For users in the United States, including California:
- Your subscription will automatically renew every 7 days unless cancelled.
- You will receive email confirmations after each payment.
- You can cancel at any time online, via your user dashboard.
- If your subscription exceeds 6 months, you will receive an advance renewal reminder email, in compliance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law (ARL).
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
For U.S. users:
- You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account access with others;
- Copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or reproduce our test or content;
- Use the Service for commercial, academic, or medical purposes.
Violation of these rules may result in termination of access without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including the IQ test, scoring algorithm, website design, branding, and educational materials, is owned or licensed by Intellestis (Alcade Investments Ltd).
No content may be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or fraud.
Upon cancellation or termination, access to test results and premium content will end at the end of the billing period.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The Intellestis IQ Score is indicative only and not a reflection of clinical or academic ability.
- We are not liable for any damages or decisions made based on test results.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 30 days.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect upon continued use of the Service.
You are responsible for reviewing the latest version periodically.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
Disputes shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Limassol (Lemesos), Cyprus.
